UGNAYAN WITH RETAILERS Provincial Industry Services Officer Fritzie L. Lim (right, standing) discusses with the accredited retailers in the municipalities of Mati, Tarragona and Manay of Davao del Norte the rules and regulations in NFA rice retailing as contained in the revised Deed of Undertaking. She reminded them to strictly observe these rules and regulations to avoid apprehension and penalties. She also explained that NFA’s priority for accreditation will be based on the strategic location of the outlet where NFA rice will be visible and accessible to the consuming public. She said that accreditation is only a privilege given by the food agency and social responsibility comes with it. She encouraged them to sell NFA rice to end consumers at government prescribed price.
